Important Notification 1/30/2026:

The next Board meeting is February 12th at 7 pm. An agenda will be posted soon. Items to be discussed are the Clubhouse windows replacement and pool resurfacing. 

There is an important Civic Meeting scheduled for February 18th at 7pm. We have a special guest attending, Mayor Michelle Gomez, who will discuss important issues affecting our community. 

The agendas will be posted at the Clubhouse soon, but your voice and vote are needed.

Other news: The Board has voted on a color palette for homes, trims, and driveways. It is posted on the bulletin board at the Clubhouse but can also be accessed                                 and on the Forms and Documents page.
