Important Notification 4/1/2026:

The next Board meeting is April 9th at 7 pm. An agenda will be posted soon.  

There are no Civic Meetings scheduled until September 16th at 7pm, unless s special meeting is called. 

The agendas will be posted at the Clubhouse 2 days prior to the meetings, but your voice and vote are needed.

Other news: The Board has voted on a color palette for homes, trims, and driveways. It is posted on the bulletin board at the Clubhouse but can also be accessed                                 and on the Forms and Documents page.
