Important Notification 9/8/2026:

The next Board meeting is September 10th at 7 pm. 

There Civic Membership Meeting is scheduled for September 16th at 7pm. 

The agendas will be posted at the Clubhouse two days prior to the meetings, but your voice and vote are needed.

Please be sure to use the Application forms to make any changes to the exterior of your home and/or land. This includes repainting the same colors. 

Other news: The Board has voted on a color palette for homes, trims, and driveways. It is posted on the bulletin board at the Clubhouse but can also be accessed                                 and on the Forms and Documents page.
