Important Notification 6/12/2026:

The next Board meeting is June 17th at 6:45 pm. This to discuss and vote on needed upgrades to one of our electrical panels.  

There is a Special Civic Meetings scheduled until June 17th at 7pm. This is to discuss additions to our current Pool Upgrade contract. 

The agendas will be posted at the Clubhouse two days prior to the meetings, but your voice and vote are needed.

Other news: The Board has voted on a color palette for homes, trims, and driveways. It is posted on the bulletin board at the Clubhouse but can also be accessed                                 and on the Forms and Documents page.
