HOA Meetings
HOA Board Meetings are every 2nd Thursday of most months at 7 pm at the Club house at 4630 NW 46 St.
All residents are welcome.
HOA Civic Meetings are held the 3rd Wednesdays of some months (January, February, March, September, October, November) at the Clubhouse at 4630 NW 46 St. All residents are encouraged to attend.
During June, July, and August, Special Board Meetings are called for urgent issues as needed. Additional Special Civic meetings are called as needed.
Agendas for both meetings are posted on the Clubhouse door no later than 48 hours in advance of meeting.

Mainlands Section 4
Current Residents
New Buyers, Etc.
Mainland Section 4 is an active adult 55-plus community, which means at least one resident in the home must be 55 or older. No children under 18 can live in the community.
New residents who move in must undergo screening.
New buyers, renters and prospective occupants not interviewed at the time of the current residents occupancy are required to undergo an application and interview process before they can move into the community.
Buyers and renters must prove credit-worthiness. No rentals are allowed during the first two years of ownership.

Current Residents
HOA approval is required for painting homes, planting trees, widening drives and other changes to your homes.
Forms can be found on the Forms and Documents tab.
If you have a problem with the sprinkler system or lawn care, please call the maintenance line at 954-733-3009.

Board meetings are the 2nd Thursday of most months, except June, July and August, during which they are called for special purposes.
Our Civic meetings are 7:00pm every 3rd Wednesday of some months (January, February, March, September, October, November).
Everyone is encouraged to attend both Board and Civic meetings.

The Civic Association of Mainlands Section 4 is governed by a Board of Directors.
Board Meetings are held at 6 p.m. the second Wednesday of every month.
Civic Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of every month at 7 p.m.
Our intent is to keep our members informed about current and important events that can affect them positively or adversely. In the event of special or emergency meetings, residents will be notified.
