Mainlands Section 4
Current Residents
New Buyers, Etc.
Mainland Section 4 is an active adult 55-plus community, which means at least one resident must be 55 or older. No children under 18 can live in the community.
New residents who move in must undergo screening.
New buyers, renters and prospective occupants not interviewed at the time of the current residents occupancy are required to undergo an application and interview process before they can move into the community.
Buyers and renters must prove credit-worthiness. No rentals are allowed during the first two years of ownership.

Current Residents
HOA approval is required for painting homes, planting trees, widening drives and other changes to your homes.

Our Civic meetings are 7:00pm every 3rd Wednesday of the month.
January, February, March,
September, October, November.
Everyone is encouraged to visit the board meetings at 7:00pm on the 2nd Thursday of every month, except June and July.
Neither meetings are held during the summer months unless Specific issues arise.

The Civic Association of Mainlands Section 4 is governed by a Board of Directors.
Board Meetings are held at 6 p.m. the second Wednesday of every month.
Civic Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of every month at 7 p.m.
Our intent is to keep our members informed about current and important events that can affect them positively or adversely. In the event of special or emergency meetings, residents will be notified.
